CONANICUS

As ALEX INTERIORS was completing the construction design on three, new construction luxury townhomes on Jamestown, RI's waterfront, the buyers of one home met us on site to review the intended design from the French White Oak 7" wide flooring to the tile and plumbing fixtures. After hitting it off with the coolest couple,  they engaged ALEX INTERIORS to finish the home to the very last pillow. Despite the views of the Newport Bridge, there was a common feeling - that this house would be cool with a dose of the coast and not the other way around. Unlike the common designs scattered through New England coastal regions, the goal of this project was to create a summer home that felt as cool as they were, reminiscent of a W or boutique hotel. A focus on color palette, the use of texture to create interest and integrating unique, uncommon pieces has set this home apart from the average Rhode Island summer home.
