While house shopping with this incredible client, ALEX INTERIORS helped her conceptualize the possibilities after a large scale renovation. With three adult daughters, her primary focus was ensuring the end result would be a cool, cozy space that made hanging out with friends as comfortable as it would be when all three daughters were home. Opening up the 4 separated rooms on the first floor and relocating the kitchen, we were able to perfectly reflect her lifestyle with the design. A relocated kitchen ensures she'll remain part of the conversation while a newly added door with stairs provides easy access to the sumptuous sunken patio to entertain with ease.
